National Recognized Laboratory: Xizi Trust Test Center got the approval of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment in April, 2010, being the first enterprise which owned the laboratory recognized by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment in elevator component industry.

Test Center of Xizi Trust Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2007, and then was expanded in 2010. At present, the Test Center covering an area of 480 m² with a total investment of 5 million is divided into 8 major function zones. The Test Center got the approval of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment in April, 2010, being the first enterprise which owned the laboratory recognized by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment in elevator component industry.

The Test Center possesses more than 20 sets of advanced devices and instruments, like high and low temperature shock test chamber, salt spray chamber, static gun, tensile machine, integrative test bench of door operator and so on; and owns the first test device which integrates glass door pendulum bob and steel door pendulum bob in domestic elevator industry, which can help it have safety, functionality, suitability and reliability tests on products.

Most test devices of the Test Center have met the requirements of International Electric-technical Commission (referred to IEC) to environmental test, so experimental results gotten from this laboratory can be mutually recognized in 66 laboratories of 55 countries under ILAC (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation).

Brief description of the 8 major function zones of Xizi Trust Test Center

1. Environmental test zone: it imitates natural environment to have high temperature test, low temperature test, temperature cycle test, temperature shock test, humid heat test and salt spray test on products in accordance with the requirements of IEC. These tests are conducted to guarantee the functional reliability of products during the specific life cycle in the prospective operating, transportation or storage environment.

2. EMC test zone: it is used to conduct tests on products such as electrical fast pulse burst test and static electricity discharge test according to requirements of IEC61000-4-4 and IEC1000. It aims to verify the ability of devices or systems to operate in accordance with requirements in electromagnetic environment and not to generate unbearable electromagnetic interference over any devices in it. Now the laboratory can carry on electrical fast pulse burst test and static electricity test.

3. Mechanical test zone: its major function is to conduct mechanical property tests on mechanical property, hardness and rolling fatigue of products so as to verify the mechanical property of mechanical products.

4. Door operator operation test zone: it aims to conduct tests on the function, suitability, safety, reliability and other aspects of door operator products. Upon a series of tests, requirements of international standards and clients can be satisfied and reliability of products also can be improved.

5. Electrical test zone: in this zone, withstand voltage test, insulation resistance test, electrical property test and electrical parameter test on products can be carried out. (It is being prepared to build at present).

6. PSD test zone: the main function of the zone is to conduct tests on functionality, reliability, suitability and safety of PSD products. It is being prepared to build at present.

7. Measuring room: it is used to manage and partly maintain metering equipments of Xizi Trust to keep the accuracy and precision of them.

8. Door operator function test zone: during the stage of technology development, conduct test on the functionality of door operator to ensure whether door operator products have met the design requirements or not.
